What you need to do?
1) Download the zayavlenie. Fill in/edit as you wish and print them out.
2) Get photocopy of your guests visa and passport.
3) Go find director to get the kvitansiya.
4) Go to sberbank and pay.
5) Show the slip to hostel admin to get the temporary propusk for your parents.
